Instead of restricting, focus on what you can add – more movement, hydration, stretching… whatever helps you feel amazing.
“No” is a full sentence. Skip the guilt, skip the party, skip the drink – and don’t feel the need to explain.
Missed a workout? That’s life. Balance isn’t about perfection; it’s about showing yourself kindness.
Make time to recharge. The season is about filling your cup as much as anyone else’s.
